Finding Strength Through Service: Leryza’s Story of Growth and Confidence

Leryza Penamante, a 30-year-old resident of Barangay Sablang, shared how the project opened her eyes to abilities she never realized she had.

Through the activities and opportunities provided by the project, Leryza discovered that she was capable of doing things she had never done before. She realized that tasks she once thought were beyond her abilities were actually within her reach. The experience helped her gain confidence and develop a stronger sense of purpose.

One of the most meaningful lessons she learned was the importance of helping others. Although she already had responsibilities in her family, she learned how to stand on her own and become more active in supporting people in her community. The project encouraged her to grow personally while also giving back to others.

Leryza expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the organizations that made this opportunity possible. She is thankful for the chance to learn, gain new experiences, and develop skills that have strengthened her confidence and willingness to serve others.
